Hsu, Zuey-Shin was born on December 13, 1930 in Shining, Taiwan. Son of Kua and Mun Mei (Kuo) Hsu.

Internal medicine intern National Taiwan University, 1956-1957. Assistant Kaohsiung Medical College Taiwan, 1957-1959, instructor, 1959-1962, associate professor legal medicine, 1962-1968, associate professor physiology, 1968-1972, professor Taiwan, since 1972, director department physiology, 1972-1985, director department pharmacology, 1973-1974. Professor High School Research Alliance Universelle pour la Paix par la Connaissance, since 1991.
