1903-1917 worked in cooperative credit system. Joined Menshevik faction of Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party. During 1917 February Revol switched allegiance to Constitutional Democratic Party.
After 1917 October Revol withdrew from politics. Worked in Purchasing Department, People's Commissariat of Food. September 1921—January 1922 member, Extraordinary Export Commission, Labor and Defense Council.
1922 head, Purchasing Department, People's Commissariat of Foreign Trade. In latter years worked for Agrie Union and Grain Center.
