In 1936-1949 Olga Fedorovna worked as a researcher in the Research Institute of Agricultural Economics of Voronezh. In 1941-1943 she was an agronomist in the Kurday district of the Dzhambul region of the Kazakh SSR. Since 1949 Olga Fedorovna was a senior lecturer, associate professor, professor of the Department of Agricultural Economics, in 1953-1988 the head of the Socialist Agriculture Department of the Voronezh Agricultural Institute (now Voronezh State Agricultural University) (since 1996 - Department of Economics of the agro-industrial complex).
