Judge 1956-1961; judge Company Court, Warsaw-Praga 1961-1968. Visiting judge for juvenile delinquents Warsaw Voivodship Court 1966-1974. Judge Warsaw Municipal Court 1968-1981 (recalled by Council of State).

In Institute for Court Law of Ministry of Justice 1974-1981. Assistant Professor Catholic University of Lublin 1982-1986, Professor since 1986. Took part in Round Table talks in Commission, for Political Reform and Group for Reform of Law and Courts (co-chair.) February-Apiil 1989.
