Ahmad Nasri

Education

Ahmad studied at Lebanese University in Beirut, Lebanon. In 1978 he became a Bachelor of Science. In 1985 he received a degree of the Doctor of Philosophy of the University of East Anglia in Norwich, United Kingdom.

Career

From 1985 to 1987 Ahmad was an assistant professor at Lebanese University in Lebanon. In this year he became an assistant professor at the United Arab Emirates University in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He worked there until 1992. Ahmad was a visiting researcher at Bremen University in Bremen, Germany in 1990. In four years he worked as a visiting professor of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, United States.

Since 1992 he was an assistant professor of the American University in Beirut, Lebanon. He worked there for five years. Since 1993 he worked as a research engineer at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. In 1997 he worked as an associate professor of the American University in Beirut, Lebanon.
