Since 1985 she is a professor, head of the Department of Philosophy of the Voronezh State Pedagogical Institute (now Voronezh State Pedagogical University).
Aida Nikolaevna is the author of about 100 works, including books: "Logical-epistemological foundations of the process of forming concepts in education", "Philosophical foundations of education' (Философские основы образования".
