Worked at Ellis, Hooper, Warlick, Morgan & Henry (Jacksonville, North Carolina) specializing in General Practice and Trials in all State and Federal Courts. (1913-1969)
Our law firm, its attorneys and staff concentrate in trial practice including personal injury and wrongful death, medical negligence, federal tort claims, commercial litigation, criminal law and family law and domestic relations. Although our practice is concentrated in Onslow County, our attorneys routinely handle litigation matters in federal court and trials in many counties throughout Eastern North Carolina.
Since our firm is located in an area of high federal government concentration, a substantial portion of our practice deals with representing persons who have been injured due to the negligence of the driver of a government vehicle, a military physician or some other government agent.
All of the firms attorneys participate in continuing legal education seminars and several of our attorneys are frequent speakers at these seminars throughout the Southeastern United States.
