Alexander Vasilyevich Artemov was born on November 27, 1957, in Voronezh, Russian Federation and died there on December 22, 2009. The exhibition of works of spouses was held in the exhibition hall of the Union of Artists (2000). Presented at the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after I.N. Kramskoy.
He graduated from Voronezh Art School (1982, teachers E.Y. Poshivalov, V.V. Shavrin).
Member of regional, zonal, Russian, international exhibitions since 1985. Works mainly in the genres of portrait, landscape, still life. Since 1997, he headed the printing studio "Mart", published booklets devoted to the creative work of A.M. Akhunova, V.B. Vasilenko, S.P. Bulevsky, V.K. Znatkov. Since 2003, he has been a teacher at the Voronezh Art School.
The husband of Tatyana Vladimirovna Artemova.
