Alexandr Victorovitch Perepelitsin was a secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Voronezh State Pedagogical Institute (1987-1989), assistant of the USSR history Department (1989).
Since 1993 he has been working at the Department of national history of modern and contemporary times of the Voronezh state pedagogical Institute (now Voronezh State Pedagogical University): senior lecturer, associate professor and professor.
Author of more than 80 scientific works, including monographs: "Peasant crafts in the Central black earth provinces of Russia in the post-reform period" (Voronezh, 2005), "Peasant economy of the Central black earth provinces of Russia in the post-reform period" (Voronezh, 2005).
