Dudkowiak received a Master of Science degree in 1987 and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in 1992 from Adam Mickiewicz University. She worked there from 1988 to 2006.
Dudkowiak received a Master of Science degree from the University of Poznan (nowadays Adam Mickiewicz University) in 1987. Five years later she earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Physical Sciences from the same university.
Dudkowiak began her career as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Poznan (nowadays Adam Mickiewicz University) in 1988. Five years later she took a position of an adjunct assistant professor at that university. From 2006 Alina was an associate professor at Poznan University of Technology. Nowadays she is a professor and vice-dean for science of the Depratment of Technical Physics at the same university.
Alina is a member of NanoBioMedical Centre Council at Adam Mickiewicz University.
