Alla Alekseevna worked as a senior architect, team leader, chief project architect at the Institute Voronezhgrazhdanproekt (1961-1981). Also she was a lecturer at the Voronezh Engineering and Construction Institute (1972-1976). Teacher of fine arts and drawing of School No. 60 (1981-1993).
She was a laureate of the All-Union competitions of the State Committee for Construction on projects of the reconstruction of Voronezh center (1966), the club for the regional centers (1968), the department store for 300 workplaces (1969), the Tambov center (1978).
As a co-author, she took part in the development of the general plan for Voronezh (1964-1966) and detailed planning projects for its districts: Shishkova Street - Moskovsky Prospect (1974-1975), Matrosova Street - Voroshilova Street, Ostuzheva Street - Dimitrova Street (1977-1979), Voronezh Forestry Engineering Institute - Voronezh Agricultural Institute (1979-1980).
She is the author of many urban planning works, including general layouts for the cities such as Stary Oskol (Belgorod region, 1961), Novovoronezh (1962), Morshansk (Tambov region, 1963), housing and civil construction projects for 1976-1980 in Voronezh, Koltsovsky Square reconstruction (1967), a park in the South-Western region of Voronezh (1972).
