In 1971 he graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute.
He is the author of more than 40 large-scale projects, a significant part of which is implemented in Voronezh. The most significant objects are: the project of detailed planning of the Northern residential area (1975), the monument of I.D. Chernyakhovsky on the station square ( the sculptor N.V. Tomsky, 1993), military town in the northern residential area (together with the firm Khopro, 1994-1996), the restaurant "Vienna" (1996), the administrative building of the management of the south-east Railway (2000-2001), a hotel on Volodarsky Street (2002-2004), residential buildings at the junction of Kardashov and Karl Marx Streets (1999-2003), Nikitinskaya and January, 9 (2000-2003), residential complexes on the Begovaya-Shishkova streets (2001 -2003), "Arka" on Moscow avenue and others.
