Ayawaso Chambers was established in 1980 by Amarkai Amarteifio, Esq., who until that date was Assistant Director of Legal Services, Ministry of Defence, Accra. The firm operated from its offices on the High Street, Accra, till February, 1990 when it moved to its present offices at Osu R.E. The firm has grown to be one of the leading civil law firms in Ghana.
