First published in the mid-1950s in the magazine, Iunost, Moscow. Khronika Vremen Viktora Podgurskogo, 1956. Brigantina Podnimaet Parusa, 1959.
Vechnaia Komandirovka, 1962. Came into conflict with the Soviet authorities and in 1976 emigrated. Wrote and published for YMCA Press, Posev, and Tret’ia Volna.

Radio Liberty’s Paris office. Lives in Paris.
