Anatoly Pavlovich Mazuha was born on March 8, 1938 in Rossosh, Voronezh, Russian Federation.
Since childhood, Anatoly Pavlovich was fascinated by drawing. He studied at the Energy Institute’s art school. He was studying in Moscow (graduated from the Moscow Energy Institute) and later came home because of graduate placement. He worked under the guidance of A.P. Vasilyeva in the Students' Club (1961-1963) in Voronezh.
Anatoly Pavlovich Mazuha passed the path from the traction substation master to the chief engineer of the tram-trolleybus control. From 1966 to 1970, he was a teacher at Voronezh Energy Technical School.
Since 1961, Anatoly Pavlovich reproduces the places of old Voronezh and other cities of the Central Chernozem region (Rossosh, Borisoglebsk, Zadonsk, Kalach, Ostrogozhsk), the Russian North, and the Moscow region in drawings and watercolors. Particular attention is paid to the monuments of Orthodox architecture. The Mazuha’s graphic works are regularly published in the local periodicals ("The Kommuna", "The Voronezh Diocesan Bulletin" and other publications) and are exhibited in the halls of the Voronezh State Agrarian University and the Rossoshansky Palace of Railwaymen.
Since 1972, Assistant Professor, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Supervisor (1974-1979) of the Department of Electrical Engineering in the Voronezh Agricultural Institute (now Voronezh State Agrarian University).
