Education
In 1935 Ivan Tatarenko entered the first class of Sotnitskaya elementary school, which he graduated as a completely excellent student. In 1947 he graduated from Popovskaya high school.
In 1948 Ivan Tatarenko entered the Rossoshansk Pedagogical College immediately for the second year, after passing the exam for the first year. He graduated from college in 1951.
In 1961 Ivan Tatarenko entered the Biysk Pedagogical Institute to study at the Faculty of History. He graduated from the Gorno-Altai Pedagogical Institute (now Gorno-Altaisk State University) and received a diploma in higher education.
Career
Ivan Tatarenko worked as a teacher and headmaster in rural schools of the Altai Territory from 1951 to 1979. Then he was a headmaster of the Skororyb school of the Podgorensky district of the Voronezh region from 1979 to 1988.
His works were published in collections of Moscow Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, Barnaul, Biysk. The author of more than 30 literary books of poetry, prose, novels, stories, essays.
