Career
A seasoned investor with over 10 years in the industry. At the age of 25 in 2001, Andrew Cordle owned a house flipping business that was doing dozens of properties every year. The business employed 22 day laborers.
During the 2007-2009 recession, Andrew lost his business due to the market collapse.
In 2015, in yet another civil suit, this time by a student and investor with Cordle and his companies, a judgement was entered against Cordle for $190,000 plus attorney & court costs. Also in 2015 Cordle marketed something he called "passive turnkey flips" on the Biggerpockets website.
One of the investors who took such a deal wrote extensively about how Cordle defrauded him, and indicated that other investors had similar experiences. Cordle documented a proposed quid-pro-quo of silence on this fraudulent allegation in exchange for Waite ending the line of investigation about investor dissatisfaction with their investment transactions with Cordle.
There is an open defamation suit against them, that is due to be tried late 2016.
This suit includes Rebecca Mager-Cordle;s brother Joseph Mager who was an active party to the defamation. Joe Mager has been served by publication in Washington. As a plaintiff, Mager-Cordle made a separate claim alleged harassment against Waite.
This was filed in Georgia.
This was raised to Federal Court and ordered to be joined with the Arizona action. This claim of harassment has since been dismissed as fallacious.
Andrew claims this new method allowed him to own rental properties free and clear ensuring that he will not be in debt and will only profit with the rental properties.
