Andrey Anatolievich Faustov was born on May 08, 1961, in Voronezh, Russian Federation.
Andrey Anatolievich graduated from secondary school number 58 in Voronezh (1978). He studied at the faculty of geography (1978-1981), graduated from the faculty of Philology (1985) of the Voronezh State University.
Since 1988 Andrey Anatolievich was a lecturer, associate professor, senior research associate, professor, head (since February 2008) of the Department of Russian literature of Voronezh State University. He has been editor-in-chief of the magazine "Philological notes" (since 2004).
The author of about 100 scientific and educational works including those published in Voronezh monographs: "The Author's behavior in Russian literature" (1997), "The Language of Emotions in Russian literature" (1998), "Essays on the characterization of Russian literature: mid-nineteenth century" (1998; with S.V. Savinkov), "Author behavior Pushkin" (2000), "Hermeneutics of identity in the works of A. S. Pushkin" (2003).
