Acted for two Sessions as Parliamentary Correspondent of Echo do Paris. Was one of the representatives of British journalism at Inter national Congress of the World’s Press, Antwerp, 1894, and Berlin, 1908. Admitted a Freeman of City of London, 1903.
Honourable Secretary of Institute of Journalists, and Fellow and Vice president of Institute. Past Master of Duchy of Cornwall Lodge of Freemasons, and Life Governor of Royal Masonic Institution for Boys. Has contributed largely to magazines and weeklies on parliamentary and cognate matters. Editor of the Parliamentary Debates, House of Lords.
