Boris was born on February 27, 1949 in Kemerovo, Russian Federation.

Education

In 1972 Boris was a student of the Novosibirsk Conservatory in Novosibirsk, Russian Federation. In 1976 he received a degree of the Bachelor of Musical Arts in the area of Musical Theory and Composition.

Career

From 1993 -1998 worked as a Head of the research laboratory (Bio-Energetic Music) at the Bio-Energetic Psychotropic Music and Ecology of Consciousness in Moscow, Russian Federation. Also, worked at the Institute for Human Ecology and Technology Sciences Academy in Moscow, Russian Federation.

Membership

• The IIA is the world’s unique Academy that enjoys the General Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and has its branch Informatization and the United Nations in the UN Headquarters in New York. There are only 88 organizations in the world who have the same Status, such as: International Chamber of Commerce, International Confederation of Free Trade Unions, International Women Council, International Federation of Red Cross and red Crescent Societies, International Organization of Standardization and International Organization of Employees. This Status is based on Article 71 of the Charter of the United Nations and on Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) resolution 1996/31 adopted in 1996. One of the most important goals of the International Informatization Academy (IIA) is to set-up and establishes its branches in all countries of the world. These branches have to become independent research organization formed from the elite of society with the legal status defined by the laws of the host country. Being offered the UN General Consultative Status, means that the IIA is with no doubt invited to participate in all congresses and meetings and is permanently involved in committees and commissions of the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). The IIA has legally embodied the right to present its programs, projects, and planes in the United Nations.
