In 1927-1928 was a district agronomist in Bobrovsky district, a member of the board of the regional collective farm administration of the Central Black Earth region (1928-1929). Since 1929 was an Assistant, Associate Professor, Professor, Head (1930-1966), Department of the Organization of Socialist Agricultural Enterprises of the Voronezh Veterinary Institute (from 1961 - Voronezh Agricultural Institute).
Specialist in planning the economic activities of large agricultural enterprises. Author of over 100 works, including books: "Organizational plan for an integrated agricultural collective" (Voronezh, 1929), "Organization and planning of production on collective and state farms" (Moscow, 1965).
