Came to England to give evidence before Royal Commission on Indian expenditure in 1897. Honourable Secretary of the Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute since 1908, and is a Trustee also of that Institute since 1901. A member of the Municipal School Board, 1909.
Author of pamphlets on Indian Finance and Economics, Agricultural Condition of India, Temperance, etc. And a large contributor to leading Indian newspapers and journals.
