After the war made debut in world of cartoon art with his work Miiko-chan (name of a young girl who is heroine of this cartoon) appearing serially in evening edition of Yomiuri Shimbun (newspaper). Shows a wide variety of talent as cartoonist for children's magazines, women's magazines and other periodicals.
