In 1985 Elena studied at Voronezh Civil Engineering Institute in Voronezh, Russian Federation at the faculty of Architecture.
Career
After graduating, Elena Pulyaeva worked at the institute "TsChO Giproselhozstroy" (1985-1987), in production group with the chief architect of the Kominternovsky district of Voronezh (1987-1991). Now she is an educator and and a famous disigner.

Elena Pulyaeva is the author of projects of residential and public buildings. She carried out a number of design works, including the reconstruction of the building of the school "Interlingua" (1997), the cinema "Zarya" under the salon-shop of the company "Bravo" (together with A. Zubtsov, 2000), the "Spartak" cinema (2001), the facade of the Angstrom furniture salon along Uritsky Street (2002), according to the interiors of the Cinema and Sound store-salon along Plekhanovskaya Street (2002), the "Serdolik" jewelry salons (2001-2003), the "Lady Anna" beauty salon along Srednemoskovskaya Street ( 2003).
