Eliahu Antebi graduated from Herzliah High School. He studied Medicine in Hadassah Schools of Medicine and Health, Tel Aviv. Outside the country studied at Tufts University and Boston University, Massachusetts, USA.
Eliahu Antebi served as a military doctor in the 1st Battalion in Sirkin (1962-1963). After that worked as a surgeon in Tel Hashomer Hospital, Israel, since 1964.
Eliahu Antebi worked as Clinical Associate Professor in Hasharon Hospital, Israel. He was a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and served as a Chairman of Scientific Council, Israel (1990-2001).
