Pak Elsa Nikolaevna was born on May 15, 1942 in To-Tube village, Srednechirchik District, Tashkent Region, Uzbek SSR (now To-Tube village, Srednechirchik District, Tashkent region, Uzbekistan).

In 1964 she graduated from the Tashkent Art College, in 1970 she ended the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture.
The main works: "Contrabassist" (1971, Kramskoy Regional Art Museum in Voronezh), "Builder" (1972), "Monument to Vasily Kubanev" (1972, Ostrogozhsk). Since 1974 she and her husband work in easel and monumental sculpture. Together they created a series of sculptures for public places and buildings in Voronezh: the Children's Park Orlyonok (1974-1976), the Opera and Ballet Theater (1986), the Puppet Theater (1985-1987), the Children's and Youth Palace (1985-1986), the Children's polyclinic № 4 (1990-1991), Drama Theater (1989), D.V. Venevitinova museum-estate (1994, Novozhivotinnoye village, Ramon District).
In Voronezh sculptors created a monuments to: M.E. Pyatnitsky (1988), "White Bim Black Ear" (1994-1996, 1998), A.P. Platonov (1999), A.S. Pushkin (1999), Saint Mitrofan of Voronezh (2003, together with their sons), in the Zadonsk city of Lipetsk Region - to St. Tikhon of Zadonskiy (2005, together with their sons).
Dikunov and Pak’s works are established in the districts of the centers in Voronezh Region: the Liski city (2001), Ramon village (2005), Kantemirovka village (2005), the Pavlovsk city (2005), Anna village (2005). In 1995-1996 they designed the stations of the South-Eastern Railway: Michurinsk, Usman and others.
The works are presented in the Kramskoy Regional Art Museum in Voronezh, Nikitin Regional Literary Museum in Voronezh, D.V. Venevitinov museum-estate, private collections in Finland, Italy, Germany.
Her husband is a famous sculptor Dikunov Ivan Pavlovich. They have 3 children: sons Alexey Dikunov and Maxim Dikunov, who are sculptors as well, and daughter Natalia.
