In 1906, Eugene Georgievich graduated from the Kazan Real School. He studied law at Kazan University and graduated in 1910. As a student, he joined the Kazan monarchical Party of Academic Order.
Eugene Georgievich has been published in Niva, Apollo, Modern world, Journal of the theater of the Literary and artistic society, Russian thought, Russian wealth, Public literary collection, etc. On November 6, 1918, he was arrested in the case of a cafe on Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt. However, three months later, due to a lack of grounds for the charge, he was released.
In 1919, Eugene Georgievich worked with the publication World literature and made translations of French poetry. In 1924, he was already a member of the Leningrad branch of the Union of poets.
