In 1956 Evgeny Ivanovich graduated from Kostroma special boarding school for blind children with a gold medal. He graduated from the History Department of the Voronezh State University (1961).
Career
Since 1964 Evgeny Ivanovich was a lecturer, associate professor, professor of the department of history of the CPSU (the Communist Party of the Soviet Union) of the Voronezh State University (since 1991-political history).
Research interests: socio-political movements and associations in the life of modern society. The author of books: "The CPSU and democracy in conditions of developed socialism" (Voronezh, 1978), "History as a science: Methods and methodological principles of studying history" (Voronezh, 1998). Evgeny Ivanovich was an editor and co-author of textbooks for universities, collections of works on the problems of modern Russian history.
