Education

Graduated from Erevan University, 1930.

Career

Professor of the Leningrad Institute of Pedagogy, 1938. Director of the Higher Neuroactivity Institute, 1950. Director of the Institute of Neurophysiology of the Academy of Sciences, 1961.

Worked on the problems of regeneration in damaged organisms. Carried out research based on Pavlov’s theories. Developed an anti-shock liquid, used at the front during World War II.

Religion

Religious books are outdated, because laws by nature have to change with the advance of societies and technology.

Views

Marxism–Leninism as the only truth could not, by its very nature, become outdated.
