Fridrih Ahmedovich got a higher education at Moscow Institute of Oriental Studies for 4 years only, at the third year of study he passed his external exams (1950-1954). Then he studied at a full-time Postgraduate Studies at Institute of Geography of Academy of Science, USSR (1954-1957). In 1959 he defended dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Geographical Sciences.
Since 1959 Fridrih Trinich has been working as a senior scientist at All-Russia Market Research Institute, he is the head of the foreign economic relations department. He was on long business missions abroad twice: in 1965-1968 and in 1981-1985. On those missions he was the head of economic department at TASS correspondent in India and he was an economic reporter at Southern Asia.
He was doing scientific activities and at the same time he was teaching at Foreign Trade Academy, Diplomatic Academy and at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
From 1972 to 1991 he was a vice-president of the friendship organization 'USSR- Bangladesh" (now it is "Russia - Bangladesh").
Fridrih Ahmedovich speaks English and Bengali languages.
Fridrih Trinich is married, has a daughter.
