Zhang, Fu-Xue was born on January 13, 1939 in Yunnan, People's Republic China. Son of Zhang Wei-Qi and Duo-Ding (Liu).

Project vice-director 11th Laboratory in the 10th Research Institute of Science and Technological Committee on National Defense, Beijing, 1961-1966, project manager 10th Laboratory in the 14th Research Institute Guangzhou, People's Republic China, 1966-1974, vice-director, senior engineer 26th laboratory 14th research institute Sichuan, People's Republic China, 1974-1985. Director, professor sensor electronics section Beijing Information Technology Institute, since 1985. Consultant Beijing Municipal Government and Government of Sichuan Province, Sichuan.

Honorary professor Nanjing (People's Republic China) Aeronautical and Astronautics University. Honorary director Bejing Zhonghui Sensing Technology Applications Institute, Beijing Huigu High-Tech Application Institute.


  • Achievements include development of the piezo-crystal rate gyro, piezoelectric fluidic rate sensor, piezo-quartz accelerometer and other devices applied to navigations, weapons, and robotics fields, theory that the human body consists of electric dipoles which, under static electric fields, turn to the field direction and move along the field direction. Invention of gas pendulum inclination sensor, gas pendulum acceletometer, electric field therapeutical device which can cut short the healing time of born wounded by 2-3 times and has remarkable curative effects on long-time bone fractures, unhealing born, soft-tissue injury, disease in cervical vertebra, inflamation in shoulder periphery and arthritis. 10 pantents in the United States, United Kingdom, and China.
