Career
In the Nov. 1975 - Nov. 1976 he served in the troops of the Far Eastern Military District. On 19.03.1979 he was called up into the Armed Forces of the USSR. He is the head of the Department of Agriculture of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
