Career

Served as commander United States School Military aeronautics, Berkeley, California, and in office of Chief of Air Corps, World War I. Executive for the 3d Military Area, New Orleans, 1940-1941. Commander New Orleans Port of Embarkation from July 1941 to September 1943.

Retired from active duty March 1944.
