Goro Teranishi was born in 1910 in Hyogo, Japan.
He graduated from Osaka School of Foreign Languages (1931).
After graduating from Osaka School of Foreign Languages (1931) joined Domei News Agency and soon came to be recognized as an expert on American and international affairs as well as on diplomatic problems. He was vice-editor of Kyodo News Agency. Among his works are "Tragedy of Silver," "Criticism of America's Economic War," "America of Today" and "Century of America."
