Masao Tsuda graduated from Kyoto University.
Career
Served with office of Japanese Affairs of Geneva Internatiollal Labor Organization; later became secretariat of International Labor Bureau. Entered Domei News Agency and became chief of its Buenos Aires branch. Returned to Japan and, simultaneously with foundation of Japan Newspaper Association, became chief of its executive office.
