Career

Read has written, directed, produced, and edited the critically acclaimed documentaries Spirits of the Carnival (1995), Tides of Passage (1994), and Photographers of Australia: Dupain, Sievers, Moore (1992). Although Like Minds was Read"s directorial feature film début, since the late "90s he has assisted in the production of several low-budget Australian features. These include director John Hewitt"s Redball and Dark Love Story, the latter of which Gregory produced and is to be released in 2006.".
