Honourable Secretary (Semitic section) International Congress of Orientalists, London, 1890-1891. Received highest Rabbinical diplomas (“ Hatarath Horaali ”) from Chief Rabbis in Galicia, 1897. Represented London University at Oriental Congress, Rome, 1899.
