Party work in Ural’sk and Saratov. After 1917 October Revol member, All-Russian Central Executive Committee of several convocations. Until May 1919 chairman, Ural Oblast Revol Committee.
Later exec admin and economics work: Main Fishing Indiana Board plenipotentiary in Kerch’ and Ivanovo-Voznesensk. State Trade Committee plenipotentiary in Petrozavodsk and Saratov.
