Shchogolev Igor Nikolaevich was born on March 11, 1933 in Voronezh, Russian Federation.

Education

Igor Shchyogolev graduated from the Geological Department of Voronezh State University (1956).

Career

In 1956-1958, Igor Shchyogolev was a senior geologist of the Kyakhta Exploration Party (Buryatia). In 1958-1961, the head of the search and revision party of the West Siberian complex geological expedition. In 1962-1972, a junior researcher, senior engineer, head of the department of the problematic research laboratory of geology and mineral raw materials of the Central Black Earth Economic Region of Voronezh State University. Since 1972, a senior lecturer, associate professor, professor, head (since 1983) of the department of minerals and exploration, at the same time in 1970-1977, director of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Central Black Earth Economic Region of Voronezh State University. Since 1985, he was a Dean of the Faculty of Geology.
