Irina studied at Dushanbe Choreographic School in 1982.
After graduating from the Dushanbe Choreographic School in 1982 Irina became a soloist of the ballet of the Dushanbe Opera and Ballet Theater. She worked there until 1991. In a year she was a soloist of the ballet of the Voronezh Opera and Ballet Theater. She held this position until 1994.
She worked at the classical dance ensemble (artistic director PG Malkhasyants) of the regional creative association "Premiere" from 1994 to 2003 in Krasnodar, Russia.
Since 1994 Irina is a teacher of the Krasnodar Choreographic School. In 2007 she became an artistic director of the Krasnodar Choreographic School in Krasnodar, Russian Federation.
Irina is a winner of the contest of young ballet dancers of the republics of Central Asia and Kazakhstan in 1989. Irina's major parties: Giselle (Adolf Adana's Giselle), Kitri (Ludwig Minkus's Don Quixote), Odette-Odile, Masha (The Swan Lake, The Nutcracker by Pyotr Tchaikovsky), Carmen (Carmen-Suite by Georges Bizet - Rodion Konstantinovich Shchedrin), Princess of Lithuania ("Taman" by Vladimir Vasilyevich Magdalits), Phrygia ("Spartak" by Aram Ilyich Khachaturian), Rita ("Golden Age" by Dmitri Dmitriyevich Shostakovich) and others.
