Career
After graduating from Tokyo University joined the Tokyo Construction Bureau (1936). Ishihara Kenji appointed professor at his alma mater (1949). Since then has also been associated with Meiji University. Is well known as an architect and city planner.
Membership
Is a member of Japan Architecture Council, president of Ethnological Architecture Society, Chairman of Christian World Peace League and member of City Beautification Association.
