1939 Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissar of Machine-Building. 1939 at 18th All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congress elected member, Central Committee. 1941 at 18th Party Conference expelled from Central Committee for neglect of duty.
1940-1950 again director, Moscow Automobile Plant. 1950-1953 director, machinebuilding plant. From 1953 Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics then Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic Minister of Motor Transport and Highways.
Deputy, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Supreme Soviet of lst-5th convocations. 1956 at 20th Communist Party of the Soviet Union Congress elected candidate member, Central Committee, Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
