Graduated from the national school in the suburb of Alekseevka and two classes of the seminary.
Career
After the revolution he worked in the provincial insurance department, the Provincial Council of National Economy (since November 1919), Oblplane. He published more than 15 articles on the history and statistics of the insurance business in the Voronezh region, including the collection "For the Peasant" (Voronezh, 1911), the journal "National Economy of the Central Black Earth Region" (1925), Izvestia Voronezh Regional Studies Society (1927), No. 3-5).
