Vice president, 1919-1941, president, director, since 1946. Board directors and Chairman of Commission for cadet training, Todd Shipyards Corporation, New York City, since 1945. Director Thermo Products Corporation Obtained British Extra First Class Board of Trade Engineers Certificate, 1901.
