Dr. (Mrs.) Jane Njoki Mugambi (nee Kimemia) was born to the Late Ex-Councillor Mr. Joseph Kimemia Migwi (July 18, 1918- September 25, 2014) & Mrs. Maria Nunga Kimemia (nee Thuita) {[December 2, 1931]}, as the seven born child, third born daughter, in her Mother's house. She is named Jane Njoki Kimemia after her Paternal Aunt, the Late Mrs. Jane Njoki Kamochu (nee Migwi), as the Kikuyu Customs, Culture & Traditions dictate from ages past. Her Paternal Grandparents are the Late Mr. John Migwi Kimemia & Mrs. Theresa Njeri Migwi, whilst her Maternal Grandparents are the Late Mr. Francis Thuita Kahingu & Mrs. Hannah Wanjiru Thuita, who all hail from Muranga County. She was previously married to Engineer Mr. John Mwaniki Mutitika, at the Bahati Catholic Church Parish, which was annulled in separation & divorce, resulting into their only son, Mr. Ivan Mwaniki Mutitika (June 14, 1992)as their Issue.

Dr. (Mrs.) Jane Njoki Mugambi (nee Kimemiah) started her elementary school at the Nyandundo Primary School, at Mirangine District, Ol Kalou Constituency, where she wrote her Certificate of Primary Education, in from 1974 to 1980. Upon passing her examinations, at the Elementary School Level, she was called to write her Kenya Certificate of Education at the Ordinary Level at Misikhu Girls High School, whilst attaining Division II at the Secondary School Level from 1981 to 1984. Upon passing her examinations at the Secondary School Level, was called to write her Kenya Advance Certificate of Education at the Advanced Level at Mukumu Girls High School, whilst attaining Two Principals & Two Subsidiary's at the High School Level from 1985 to 1986. She was called to pursue a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from The University of Nairobi from 1987 to 1990 securing a Second Class Honors, Lower Division, She worked on getting Professional Certifications from the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examination Board as a Certified Public Secretary, in Sales Training from the {(Tack Training) [International Price Waterhouse]} on May 31st,1992 & [KnowHow International] on July 31st,1992, whilst from October 31st,1992 to December 4th,1992 she undertook studies on MS-DOS Operating System, Introduction to Micro-Computers & Database Management with DBASE III+ at the Micro-Computer (Computer Training Centre).She enrolled on a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management Concentration at the Kenyatta University from 2002-2007, whilst still eager to attain the Doctoral Level she engaged on a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration & Management at the Dedan Kimathi University from 2008 to 2014.
