Career
He is a Lieutenant Colonel (retired) in the Swedish Armed Forces and works for SAAB Security and Defense Solutions. Hällström"s main philatelic interests are in topical philately and he is chairman of the Thematic Commission of the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie.
