Kazuhiko Terada graduated from Tokyo University in 1933.
Kazuhiko Terada served as engineer of Central Meteorological Observatory and director of Okinawa District Meteorological Observatory and research official of Central Aeronautical Research Institute and thereafter became professor of Kyushu University (1948). Assumed additional post as director of Nagasaki Marine Meteorological Observatory (1950). His works include "Science of Meteorology" and "Meteorology and Agricultural Disasters."
He obtained notable results in his study of "Accessory Vibration in Nagasaki Port" and is also known for researches on such subjects as "The Relation Between Thunder-Rain and the Rain in the Wet Season"; "The Geographical Features of Thunder-Rain in Our Country" and "Various Problems of Aeronautical Meteorology."
