Keisuke Oyama was born in 1908 in Gumma, Japan.

Education

Career

Served first with Yomiuri Shimbun (newspaper) and later as reporter of Political Department of Hochi Shimbun, part-time employee of Education Ministry and thereafter assumed his present post.

Holds various additional posts including those of president of Nihon Kaiji Shimbun (Japan Maritime Affairs Newspaper) and director of Nihon Tampa Hoso (Short-Wave Broadcasting Corporation).
