Career
Kichiemon Takemura entered Yasuda Bank and became chief of Business Department and then director (1944). He was appointed senior managing director of Nihon Savings Bank (1945) and chairman and then president (1953) of Yasuda Life Insurance Company and auditor of Toho Bussan Kaisha (Toho Product Company) (since 1947).
Held several additional posts including that of supervisor of Life Insurance Association.
