Career
Became manager and chief secretary at Nihon University (1930). Thereafter served successively as professor at Law & Literature Department of Nihon University, director of Kyogakubu (Education Department), dean of Law & Literature Department; councilor, director, managing director of Internal Affairs Bureau; councilor of Shiho Kenshujo (Legal Training Institute), director of Physical Education Department and General Affairs Department and president (since 1951) of Nihon University. Held various additional posts including that of member of Committee for Examination Tor Judicial Service.
